Step 1: Setup

Configure how the Purchase Driven Coupon applies and what value it offers in Setup. Setup section Options include:
  • Application Type:
    • Coupon Code – Customers enter a code at checkout.
    • Automatic Discount – Applies automatically once conditions are met.
  • Discount Value:
    • Percentage Off – e.g., 5% off the total.
    • Fixed Amount Off – e.g., ₹500 off per order.
  • Maximum Cap: Set an upper limit on the total discount amount.

Step 2: User Behavior

Define behavioral triggers in User Behavior to target customers based on their past activity. User behavior section Options include:
  • Behavior Period: Choose a date range to consider customer activity (past X days/weeks/months).
  • Behavioral Conditions:
    • Used Specific Coupon – e.g., customers who previously redeemed WELCOME10.
    • Minimum Total Spend – e.g., total lifetime purchases above ₹10,000.
    • Minimum Number of Orders – e.g., at least 3 past purchases.
This targeting ensures that only qualified, engaged customers benefit from the promotion.

Step 3: Condition

Set Condition parameters to define current purchase requirements for applying the discount. Condition section Options include:
  • No Requirement: Apply to any qualifying customer.
  • Min/Max Purchase Value: Restrict based on order amount.
  • Min/Max Quantity: Restrict based on item count.
  • Scope: Apply to entire cart, specific products, or collections.

Step 4: User Eligibility

Control who can redeem the offer with User Eligibility settings. User eligibility section Options include:
  • Audience Type:
    • All users
    • Specific users only
  • Order Scope:
    • All orders
    • First order only
    • Based on total order count

Step 5: Usage Limits

Manage how often the coupon can be used under Usage Limits. Usage limits section Options include:
  • Global Usage Limit: Maximum number of total redemptions.
  • Per-Customer Limit: Restrict individual usage count.
  • Stacking Permissions: Enable or disable use with other discounts.
  • Active Window: Define start and end dates/times.
  • Disable COD: Optionally restrict Cash on Delivery when active.

Step 6: Preview

Refine how the offer appears to customers under Preview. Preview section Options include:
  • Coupon Visibility: Show or hide during checkout.
  • Display Details: Add titles and short descriptions (e.g., “Exclusive 10% Loyalty Discount for Repeat Customers”).
