Step 1: Setup
Configure how free shipping applies at checkout in Setup — choose whether it activates automatically or requires a coupon code.
- Application Type:
- Coupon Code – Customer enters a code (e.g.,
FREEDEL
). - Automatic Discount – Applies automatically when conditions are met.
- Coupon Code – Customer enters a code (e.g.,
- Shipping Rate Filters: Exclude high-cost options by setting a maximum eligible rate (e.g., free shipping for rates below ₹200).
Step 2: Condition
Set Condition rules to define when free shipping applies.
- No Requirement: Apply free shipping to all orders.
- Minimum/Maximum Purchase Amount: Require a threshold to qualify.
- Minimum/Maximum Quantity: Apply only when the cart meets specific item counts.
Step 3: User Eligibility
Control who receives the offer with User Eligibility settings.
- All Users: Available to everyone.
- Specific Users: Restrict to selected customer groups.
- Order Scope:
- All orders
- First order only
- Based on total order history
Step 4: Usage Limits
Set redemption controls and time windows under Usage Limits.
- Global Limit: Maximum total redemptions allowed.
- Per-Customer Limit: Restrict individual usage.
- Stacking Permissions: Choose whether to combine with other discounts.
- Active Window: Define start and end dates/times for validity.
- Disable COD: Optionally restrict Cash on Delivery when free shipping is active.
Step 5: Preview
Customize the user-facing display under Preview.
- Coupon Visibility: Show or hide during checkout.
- Display Details: Add descriptive titles such as “Free Shipping on Orders Above ₹999.”
