Accessing your Collaboration code from Shopify

• Login to your Shopify Admin account.
• Click on Settings on the bottom left panel.

Getting your Collaboration code

• Go to Users and then click on Security and scroll down to Collaborators section.
• Copy the Collaboration Code and share it along with your Store URL so we can send you a collaboration request.

Please do not click on “Generate New Code” after sharing the collaboration code until the FlexyPe checkout integration is fully completed.

Accepting the collaboration request

• You will receive a collaboration request from FlexyPe Developers.
• Please accept the request to begin your onboarding process.

As part of your onboarding, we’ll need a collaboration code to access your Shopify store. This allows us to assist more efficiently, both now and in the future. Our access is used solely for store-related support.

Grant permissions and Install the app

• Once you accept the collaboration request, we’ll send you the installation link.
• Click the link and follow the prompts to grant the necessary permissions.
• Click Install to complete the app installation and get started.

Open FlexyPe app

• Open your Shopify Admin account.
• Click on Apps on the left panel and open FlexyPe app.

Set Up Your Store

• Finish setting up your store by completing these sections:
  • Business Type
  • Business Details
  • Business Team
  • Payment Setup

Add your GST details, including GSTIN, to claim GST returns.

Complete payment gateway setup

If you didn’t configure the Payment Gateways right after installing the FlexyPe app and completing the initial setup, you can still do it later by logging into your FlexyPe dashboard.

If you already have active accounts with the following Payment Gateways, please note the below:

1. PayU – Credentials can be accessed from the PayU dashboard, and webhook setup is mandatory. Configuration happens instantly once done.
2. Cashfree – Credentials are available in the Cashfree dashboard, and webhook setup is required. Configuration is completed instantly thereafter.
3. XPay – Credentials are available in the XPay dashboard, and webhook configuration is required. Setup is completed instantly after this.
4. Easebuzz – Credentials will be shared by the Easebuzz team, and webhook configuration is required. Once credentials are received, the PG configuration can be completed instantly.
5. Razorpay – Account authorization is required and webhook setup is not needed. Setup is completed instantly after this.
6. PhonePe – MID needs to be shared to FlexyPe team. The mapping process is handled manually from our end and typically takes up to a week to complete.

Click on the payment gateway name from the above list to view the complete configuration process.

• Open the FlexyPe app from your Shopify Admin.
• If you haven’t completed your payment gateway setup yet, visit Payment Provider.
• Setup is required before proceeding with the integration.
• After completing the payment gateway setup, select the gateways you wish to enable for each Payment Method.

Connect advertising tools

• Connect Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and Google Analytics if you plan to run ads.
• For easy step-by-step instructions, visit Analytics.

Explore app features and settings

Choose your theme for integration

• Let us know which theme you’d like duplicated for the integration.
• If no theme is specified, we will duplicate your live theme and proceed with the integration there.

Preview and verify integration

• Within 12 hours of confirming your theme, we’ll provide a preview or testing link.
• Use this link to review and verify the integration before giving final approval.

Final setup and go live

• Once you’ve reviewed the testing link, confirm if everything looks good so we can make the integration live.
